Taking Nothin' Less: Daily Dose #9

Do you feel like this dude? I know I did yesterday.  Out of nowhere I was freaking out. My co-workers freaked more when my head opened like that! The doctors would call it an anxiety attack but most would refer to it as stress.  That will MURK kill you.  These are a few tips I used to cope with freaking the hell out. 
  • eat a bowl of cereal & watch cartoons getting your mind off the bull (toro?) will help you take a minute to breath.  And instead of filling your body with ben & jerry's you can eat something sweet and healthier.  

  • Have sex. Hopefully not with yourself but hey gotta do what you gotta do...no kid you shouldn't have sex without your parents permission which is most likely hell naw if you ask! Sorry.
  • Listen to music...Bach....Pac...Lox...whatever rhymes and makes you sing or grab yourself with a homemade mic just do it...
Hopefully that helped and if you just feel too overwhelmed see a doctor...you psycho.  Til next time eat lots of cereal and have post marital sex.  DOPE.
